Second render for WonderCuria-DD's Blue Blaze OC. This time I remembered to turn the whole costume on 
Just made this render to show what she would look like in most scenes: her body type, costume, etc.
As for her powers, I personally don't think she should have any powers involving high energy beams or anything like that. Super strength, a healing factor, and MAYBE flight would be enough for her along with some hi-tech gadgets that she could create using resources from the Advanced Technological Institute (ATI) that she could be in charge of and run.
As a side note, I think it'd be pretty cool if she could temporarily alter people's feelings towards her. So say someone was angry at her or trying to kill her, she could have them fall in love with her just long enough for her to gain the upper hand and defeat them. If I ever get to render her as a character for a story in a comic book format (Like I did with Atomia here: ilexx5.deviantart.com/art/Mia-… (download to read the pdf)), the personality thing would add a really interesting dimension to the way she handles various situations and doesn't use it for bad (most of the time
